Santiago, also known as Santiago de Chile, is the capital and largest city of Chile. It is also the centre of its largest conurbation. Santiago is located in the country’s central valley, at an elevation of 520 m (1,706 ft) above mean sea level. Founded in 1541, Santiago has been the capital city of Chile since colonial times. The Andes Mountains can be seen from most points in the city. The city is now home to a growing theater and restaurant scene, extensive suburban development, dozens of shopping centres, and a rising skyline, including the tallest building in Latin America, the Gran Torre Santiago.

- AIRPORT PICK UP
On arrival at Santiago Airport, you will be transferred to your Hotel. Overnight in Santiago.
- FARELLONES HIKE
After breakfast, around 09:30, you will start your trip to Farellones. It is a village and ski resort located 36 km from Santiago and it was founded during the 1930s. You will hike up the Alto del Naranjo, where you can find breathtaking vistas of the great mountains over Santiago with altitude of 1,000m. The route is clear on the ground throughout, the trail being rocky but firm underfoot. Fairly soon you be heading towards Cerro Provincia and Alto del Naranjo. The ascent is continuous, and the views of Santiago to the west and especially eastwards into the Andes get better as you climb. Afterwards you will pass by Estadio San Carlos de Apoquindo. At the summit, you will get a chance to rest under the shadow of large, solitary quillay tree. It is not known why the origin of the name “Alto del Naranjo”, and there remains only a few stories about it. Then, you will stop for lunch in the Farellones lookout spot before heading to the top of the Alto del Naranjo. The descent begins after lunch. Return to hotel. FREE NIGHT

- VINA DEL MAR & VALPARAISO
After breakfast, you will be transferred to Valparaíso. It is Chile’s main port city and one of the most important South Pacific’s sea ports. The different and huge international immigration transformed the local culture from Spanish origins and Amerindian origins into a unique architecture and design. Their buildings reflected a variety of European styles, making Valparaíso more varied than some other Chilean cities. In August 18, 1906, Valparaiso was hit by a major earthquake. There was extensive property damage and thousands of deaths. After visiting the port, you will enjoy the beauty of Viña del Mar. It’s often referred as “La Ciudad Jardín” (“The Garden City”). Viña del Mar is known for lovely resorts, malls, extensive coastal tall buildings, hotels and various entertainment venues. The city attracts an important influx of national as well as international visitors throughout the year. After the tour in the port, our guide will show you Viña del Mar. Return to Santiago in the afternoon. Overnight in Santiago. FREE NIGHT
- CHILE CUISINE TOUR
After the breakfast you will discover the best of Chilean Cuisine. The tour will start in El Hoyo, one of the most famous typical food restaurants. It is a centenary establishment (1912) devoted to typical Chilean food, famous for generous servings and popular atmosphere. The next stop is San Remo restaurant, in the Ñuñoa neighbourhood. The restaurant is known for the Arrollado, a traditional pork-meat based dish. Later, you will know Puerto Calbuco. It’s located in the lovely residential neighbourhood of Providencia. There you you find the best Chilean seafood, the restaurant is known for soups, shellﬁsh, ﬁsh and Chilean oysters. Return to Hotel.
- GOING BACK HOME
After breakfast at hotel, you will be transferred to Airport.
