Hello there

March 2011- Visas for Carnaval

Thanks for all your help getting the visa's - the operators were great and  we got the Visa's in 1 day.

The holiday was fantastic and definitely worth all the panic before hand!!
The Magic Ball was amazing. The best event I have ever been to.
Walking in the parade was a little harder than we thought.
Lots of waiting around until our school went through but it was an experience.

By the way the hotel LoiSuites was amazing. You should definitely send
people there above all the other hotels as it really was spectacular.

Our many thanks must go to the Brazilian Travel Center-Globe Travel Pty Ltd for the their patience and admirable service in coordinating the travel and visa
requirements for my mother in-law travelling to Australia for the first time in 2010.My wife and I chose the Brazilian Travel Center with confidence to cater for the
visa application and flight arrangements as my mother in-law is non English speaking senior citizen.  Her visit to Australia was a last minute decsion for us, and,  the Brazilian Travel Center
with their extensive experience and knowledge in dealing with Australian Immigration requirements and conditions for visitors to Australia from Brazil  and Latin America
were capable of expediting the visa appplication in less time than we anticpated and coordinated all her flight arrangements and transfers for her visit here to Sydney and
subsequently her return back to Rio De Janeiro.

My wife and I have never been more satisfied with the experience and service we
have received from Brazilian Travel Center and can highly recommend the
Brazilian Travel Center staff and their service to anyone seeking travel and visa
arrangements to and from Latin America for even the most precious travellers.

We have and will continue to use Brazilian Travel Center for all our requirements.

Dear Ester,

I am writing to inform you and thank you as well as Sergio at SS Brasil Tour Operator of the marvellous service we received during the 15 day organised tour in Brazil. Including the fantastic assistance given to me at the Bristol Exceler Plaza Hotel in Campo Grande / MS. They made the time I spent there extremely comfortable and welcome.
The 15 day tour had many highlights from the natural marvels that are Foz do Iguac,u - Iguassu Falls, the breath taking views from Corovado & Pao de Ac,ucar, the relaxing tropical boat tours & the tours of historical cities of Salvador, Recife & Olinda. As well as the idyllic charms of Porto de Galinhas. Upon reflection though the one thing that stood out the most was the friendliness, helpfulness of all those people we encounted.
It would be much appreciated if you could forward my extreme gratitude to the following for providing us with such a wonderful time please. The Bristol Exceler Plaza Hotel in Campo Grande/MS, the Bella Italia Hotel in Foz do Iguac,u/Parana, the Pousada Cores do Mar in Porto de Galinhas and not forgetting all the tour guides for their friendly, informative, attentive assistance.
Lastly but by no means least your help in organizing this tour, from which I have gained a new friend whose counsel & friendship is much valued. Ester, may all your endeavours be fruitfull filled with success, your goals achieved and life be kind to you.

In order to respond your questionaire of our trip, this is some of observations that we would like to highlight to you:
The airfares was really affordable.
The organization was excellent. You went out of you way to find us the best deal and it paid off.
The rates of the aud dollar and Brazilian dollar was quite good at the time we were there.Our training of Brazilian Jiu Jitsu consumed all our time, however we still had time to enjoy the beauty of Rio, and possible for another time, we will exploit the beauty of Brazil.

I have chosen Globe Travel because Ester doesn’t provide only a ticket to travel to Brazil.
She really provides a complete service, hearing the client’s needs doesn’t stop her to seek fantastic
packages , bargains or whatever bonus she can get to her Client.She is a Travel Expert and more important is her services which is outstanding, and she is there all the way for the Customer.
To prove it , I just would like to tell my case.
In May-2007 I was in Rio facing problems that forced me to postpone my return and my ticket was about to expire.I asked the company to extend beyond the one year my ticket and was told that because it was valid for a year only,I would have to purchase another ticket. I then entered in contact and asked help from Ester and I explained my situation to her.Althought she could not promised me she promised that you would assist in whatever she could.
To resume the story, I have not lost my expired ticket, I in fact was able to re-book to another three month ,but better still I didn’t pay anything, therefore ,I was able to finish and resolve all my issues and return to Australia on the same ticket, and with the bonus that I didn’t pay penalty fees.

I travel to Brazil twice per year but due to my work commitments I am not flexible with my arrival and departure dates and I have always had problems dealing with the travel agents in the past. When I heard about the Brazilian Travel Centre I decided to book my trip through them to see if they were better. They were much better and it really paid off.

Just a short note to thank you so much for all your help in organising my trip to Brazil and Peru. Before meeting you, I was unsure of where to travel within these countries, but your knowledge and recommendations made for an amazing trip, the memories of which I will cherish forever. Had I not met you,, and only used the Lonely planet for travel advice, I have no doubt that the trip would have been at best only half when we wanted to change our flights at short notice. It was comforting to travel knowing that you were there for us in case anything needed to be changed or anything want wrong.

Hey hey hey!··How are you?· We are fab!· Brazil was just sensational.· It was everything I expected plus more and we can't wait to go back.· RE:· Fortaleza - we changed our air pass from Recife and went straight to Santarem.··Hotel Belo Alter - What can I say about this one but WOW!· The superior suite is certainly superior.· It was just too comfortable!
RE: Copacabana - we stayed at an apartment on Ave Prado Junior.· The apartment was fine, clean and comfortable.· 1 large bedroom, spacious bathroom, and a small kitchen.· Great location and very safe.· A bit of a bachelor pad.
Carnaval was a lot of fun.· Very big and exciting.· It took a while to recover from all the fun.· Thank God for Sao Paulo - Yes I'm addicted - I love Sao Paulo!!!· Here we visited Santana and finally got some great food.··So where to next?· Our next trip will commence in Dec 2008.· We will take on Italy again then Russia followed by West Colombia and a quick visit to our friends in Brazil.· This time we will go to one of the masked balls for Carnaval and spend more time in Sao Paulo.
RE: British Airways and Qantas - Geeze they are crap!· BA especially - at one stage had us separated (from London to Catania) as they had managed to mess up the seating so bad they even had children separated from their parents.· What a mess.· All our flights were on time and ran as scheduled, however the seating arrangements were not always ideal.· I will definitely be looking at an alternative rout next time.· Never again Qantas - I've had way too many negative experiences with them.· LAN Chille, and TAM were great.

Ester,
As regards to the States each offers so much.· Recife was excellent on the history, especially Olinda.· Some of the small towns we went to along the coast were lovely.· We did not have very long in Fortaleza, however I think a longer stay would of been great and I think tourism will boom in the future (looking at some of the new buildings that are going up).· The North East seems so different from the rest of .· After the tour we went to Manaus and sailed on the Amazon (it was magnificent) our tour leader did inform us it depended on what time of year people visited that made a difference.· Rio was the next stop, we stayed in Copabana, once again enjoyed immensely.· Ilha Grande was the next stop then onto Iguassu.· Each stop was wonderful, however, totally different.· I think when selling it would depend on the amount of time people were going to visit.· I now know not to try to sell South America as a whole, has so many differing things to offer and to try to do too much would spoil it.· Certainly for people to see something different the Recife-Fortaleza tour has one heck of a lot going for it and would not hesitate to recommend it.

To be perfectly honest Ester, I could not put one place in before another, they are so diverse, it would depend on who the client was as to what I would book for them, regarding the history of your country you could not beat the Recife-Fortaleza tour.· If you have some brochures you could send to me I would very much appreciate it, we will be having a evening with our clients around the end of August.
To sum up, you have a wonderful country, so diverse, so very much to offer, I am so hoping we will visit once again, as I said in my last email, I have been to many places in my life, would be the place I would chose up amongst the best.
